Being a local company and based in Aberdeen our management team is easily accessible and do not lose touch with our clients individual needs. we work with our clients, by sharing responsibility to provide a safe, clean and professional working environment, which compliments your company image.

Each contract is appointed an area manager  who oversees the contract and ensures that all our clients changing needs and requests are being met. Monthly review visits are conducted by the contract managers who will then brief the cleaning supervisors of any special requests or changes to be implemented.

Each contract with three employees or more will also have a cleaning supervisor who will provide a daily point of contact to clients. Any cleaning comments or special requests can be addressed with the site supervisor, this can be done verbally or alternatively, comments can be recorded in the cleaning comments book which is checked on a daily basis.
